ABOUT COACH C.D.
My work sits at the intersection of financial wellness, financial behavior and the real-life decisions we make with money.
As a Financial Wellness Coach and Educator, I help people understand not only what to do with their money, but the behaviors, beliefs and patterns that influence what they actually do. Because knowing what to do with money and consistently doing it are two very different things.
My approach combines practical financial education with an understanding of financial behavior. I look beyond the numbers to help people recognize what's influencing their financial decisions, identify areas they may have overlooked, and make choices that better support the life they're building.
My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Health Administration (MHA), and current graduate-level study in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance.
Whether through coaching, education or speaking, I bring the same perspective to every room: Financial wellness requires us to understand both the numbers and the person making the decisions.
Ultimately, my work is about closing the gap between knowing better and doing differently, because what we know about money only becomes valuable when it changes what we do with it.
